Update 1500 18 November:
The water supply has been restored following the replacement of a faulty valve on the second floor of Harlands House East.
Bottles of water still outside flats have been collected, but please knock on the door of Flat 65 if you’d like more bottles of water.

The plumber is collecting some spare parts. A further update will be posted within the next two hours.

Update 1125 18 November:
Bottles of water have now been delivered to all flats. Please check outside your door. These can be refilled at Eagle Car Wash just across the road.
A plumber is on site and investigating the problem.
The Dolphin leisure centre have kindly said that residents can use their toilets (for free) and showers (a nominal £1 charge applies for non-members).

The water supply to Harlands House is currently off due to a water leak.

Are you able to give an estimation on when you expect the water will be put back on ? Do you think this will be for part of the dat or all of the day ?
I’m self isolating this week as well as working from home, so water is quite important to me haha 😀
I appreciate the work you’re doing to resolve the issue – thank you, I understand this is not ideal for everyone involved – especially you guys !
